For the 'Full Crew' trophy, you need the following people: Triss, Keira, Zoltan, Vernon (with Ves), Hjalmar and Ermion. Letho doesn't count towards the trophy, everybody else won't help you. It's just a bit confusing since the guide says he will join you at the battle. Unless that's a misprint. Killing the spy makes him dead.
